Did well this weekend, busy getting ready for vacation. I have been successful in the past on vacation as I take ALL of my food with me, eat out rarely (we are on a large boat for 2 weeks so I do my own food prep).

Today I put together a spread sheet of calories from all of the foods I normally eat so that I can just check them off (no internet, oh no! what will I do! Oh yeah go back to my childhood of no computers and phones!)

Plan for success!
225.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
