I am doing well on both challenges! Just biked another 8 miles this morning! I guess I should calculate how much to go... now that we're halfway.

I did walk 20 min everyday for 2 weeks, which did help with my stress level. Now it's the end of the semester, my boyfriend and I are moving into a new apartment, Holidays are coming, and I am co-chair of a holiday drive.... so lets see if I can do it!
195.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
