If I follow a plan and stick with it, and just keep sticking with it, there is progress. Let's see if I can set up my "junkyard gym." Got my tires. It's so extremely hot, I can barely move outside.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
