Slept by 10pm, What a difference it makes to life. I was so energetic when I woke up.

Now I have a chance to wake up in the morning and go for a walk if I sleep on time.

296.1 lb Lost so far: 43.7 lb.    Still to go: 104.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
