wow i can't believe that i can't abreak that 140 and get into the 130's why is it so hard??
i don't eat rice, bread or pasta- i don't drink juice or soda. I don't understand what i'm doing wrong...

Looking over your food log tells me many things. You say you don't eat bread? I see a bagel listed on one day, and peanut butter crackers on one day and somewhere in the last month a donut as well. No rice? Rice pudding qualifies as rice. Saw some ice cream logged on your calander as well. These are not induction foods. I'd like to tell you your calories are too low, but since you skip logging many days/meals there is no way to know for sure. I can see also, but I could be wrong because you are not logging foods, you are not eating enough veggies. Are you exercising? Drinking water? Staying away from ALL sugars and starches?

G-Day Mate!....I to am confused! because looking at you calender if your being 100% honest and not "Cheating" ( As You have been doing some Hiding..;} then at your current calorie intake I can not figure out myself why your not loosing weight. I have slowed way, way down myself but I'm still loosing slowly with TWICE the cal. intake you are recording and I do not exercise at all. I work for a couple hours some days but I don't do any extra exercise at all. I agree with icymaiden in that you are not conforming to the Atkins induction phase very well...but not withstanding that...at 700 cal per day you should be at a 1000 cal. deficit every single day no matter if you were eating nothing but700 cal of pancakes and syrup! Or in other words you should be losing 1 pound approximately every 4 days. Rather that be mussel or fat. I had to switch out a few things I was buying at the store as those Items were a lot higher calories then the ones I was pulling off the Fat Secret data base for my daily meal listings... so that is something you might look into as well. I cant remember the Atkins diet very well but I don't remember skipping meals as part of it...So with your very low cal. intake I would not be doing that as you may just force your body into starvation mode and be shooting yourself in the foot.
