well this is it... i have to try to reach at least half of my goal by 12/16/11. so I have a little over a month to loose 10-20 pounds at least. I really have to stop giving in to those craving & also going out ton diner that kills me because i always pick on the desert. i have to have more will power!! I feel that i can't pass that 140 and i really want to work in getting into the 130 range, could use all the advise and help that i can get. Thanks all :)
