Feeling a little better today. The weather is very miserable and I haven't hit the gym yet, I'm hoping that the fog clears up. I'm disappointed that I gained a pound, I keep teetering between 132 and 133, its very frusterating. I know what the problems are, I drink too much, and I put sugar in my coffee. I don't see myself on giving up on either.

I drink too much, and eat DrunkFood when I drink. But I gave up sugar in my coffee about 3 weeks ago and it's Fine! And I'm trying to take a break from the booze, and I WILL overcome. I reckon we can do anything we want to, as long as we commit to it, don't give up, and forgive ourselves when we fvck it up a bit. xxx

Hi Jenn! I'm glad to see that you are feeling a bit better. I look forward to your comments each day. It's a terrible vice to put sugar in your coffee each day, but I know you will gain victory over it someday. :) With me, teetering typically tells me that a breakthrough is coming. "Every time I walk into a singles bar I can hear my Mom's wise words: "Don't pick that up, you don't know where it's been."

We all need to sacrifice something to lose weight. Sometimes, though, we don't need to sacrifice ALL of it. How about drinking less and putting less sugar in your coffee?

Thanks for your input guys! I will try to give up the sugar, because when I enter it in my food diary I shudder when I look at the chart and see how many carbs I racked up already that early!!! Alcohol, nahhh I like it too much, but I have cut it down to weekends only.
