Due to my mom's sudden passing Sept 3, I dropped my proper eating habits. In that time I gained 23 pounds. I have learned, omitting all white carbs is not a truly effective way to lose weight, for the moment you stop for whatever reason, you gain it all back VERY quickly.

So, I began my Low Carb diet again, on November 4th. I will pretty much stick to the rules, but will from time to time, have peas, carrots and those things that we are told spike blood sugar levels. I am fine with the slower weight loss, as it means I will most likely keep the weight off.

I know my mom and dad would be disappointed in me if they knew I gained 23 pounds because of being sad. (Both are no longer with me, my dad died, 17 years ago this November 10).

So here's to a new start and to achieving my goal of 125 pounds.

YOU can do this! You might want to skip the Atkins bars though..they tend to stall out people. And the canned corn is likely not that good for you either. (just sayin'). Try skipping over to the free atkins.com website and dig up the Inductions Food List and review again. I know you've done this before but review doesn't hurt anyone. Again I am sooooo sorry for your loss. But you can do this! So hang in there and be sure to ask for help when you need it!!! Much Love.
