Was sick to my stomach Friday, Saturday. Still queasy on Sunday, Monday and today. Eating more carbs than I should, but don't want to upset stomach with something. I don't know what is causing it, seems to come and go. Found the drinkable Balsamic vinegar and took some in water, it seemed to help. Wasn't able to get down on yoga mat to do exercises, but did do squats with weights.
