PEACE WITH FOOD!!!

I realized today that I have complete peace around food. I am no longer warring with food and the thoughts that go with it. I have never had peace around food in my life.

I feel like shouting it out to the world! It is what I have been seeking all of my life and never finding. It has taken many years, tears, fears, and my willingness to hear what I need to get to this point. I spent many hours, probably days worth or years worth, in counseling to get to this point.

Losing weight and keeping it off is not for the faint hearted. It is for the brave and courageous. You must be willing to make changes, internally and externally to really lose the weight. Are you willing? Come join me!
