LLAMA. You have not charted a full day yet! What the heck! I am watching you. Also, on the meals you have been charting, you have not been including things like butter and oil.... I think... unless those eggs were hard-boiled! Anyway... point is, you need to make time for charting! It's the only way to stay honest with yourself, and you're not going to lose if you're not being honest.
