Toni Bourlon's Journal, 09 July 2016

Well, my goal for the weekend was to NOT gain weight, but I'm up 1/2 lb, bummer! Although not that surprising, considering the Mexican food & apple pie last night. I went over my calorie limit; pretty clear that anything over 1500 cals a day are too many! This morning I actually turned down Hubby's offer of breakfast at Braum's, instead I had the oatmeal w/blueberries I was planning to eat. Saturdays are always hard, more or less my "cheat day" because we have lunch with friends - and no telling where, but normally you wouldn't call it "healthy" or "low-cal." I'll be running 4 miles on my treadmill in a little while, and will be having low-cal leftovers for dinner tonight. I guess if it's ONLY 1/2 lb, that wouldn't be too bad. Still tracking ....

Well if you ate out, the sodium in the food might make you gain even if you stayed within your calorie allotment. Drink some extra water and stay on plan. It will be gone before you know it.

It is difficult to out exercise your food choices...not meant to sound rude - just that it may be harder the way you are doing it.
