Feeling really out of sorts today.. I truly and sincerely hate this feeling! I can tell people postive things when this mood hits them yet I am unable to convince myself that it will pass.
I just feel so blah and have an empty feeling that will not leave. I know these feelings can not be filled with food, and honestly right now it is a struggle to eat. BUT I know I have to eat and eat healthy!

I know this feeling stems from something and I believe it is the passing of family and friends in the month of October. Too many people have died in October and all around my birthday to boot.
I would list them but am scared that would only lead to a breakdown that unfortunately will come no matter how I try to stop it.

Today's goals is to simply get through the day with no emotional breakdowns.

Sorry that you are grieving but you know it's important to allow yourself to do that. Sounds like its been tough. I am sorry for your loss'. Be patient with yourself. Like you told me, medicate yourself with the outdoors or music, just not food. I wish you peace.

I did find my comfort in a weird place yesterday.. laughter.. all the emotions wrapped up into one and released. Also knowing that the loved one is at peace and re-united with her husband also brought about a sence of calmness too. Thank you for your support.. it is grately appreciated.
