newnormal's Journal, 06 July 2016

No weighin today, I'm still traveling and didn't bring my scale. There's a scale here but it's the dial type and I can't see it well enough to try to guess lol.

Kept to one meal yesterday, got VERY little fluid cause it was a jam-packed day. I'm expecting today to be more of the same. Training went well (more today) but lots of little bits to deal with. Ended up with almost 8000 steps though. *I didn't even get my COFFEE!!* Yeah. Not nice. Had less than a cup worth. Working on that today.

Really hoping the manager meeting will be cancelled. My boss is gone on vaca. Not sure about the director. I can really use that extra hour though. I know the others could as well. Taking my staff out to lunch today so that will be my meal. Looking forward to a really nice salad with chicken or steak.

I'm expecting an "up" for tomorrow but hoping for the best. Will try to get more fluid today (besides coffee).

@lady, one of my new "people" started yesterday and there was no one to train her. She's doing half of my typical auditing process (request and followup) and I'm the only one who's been doing that. It was one thing after another that (because I was in-office) I was handling...a lot of IT access issues too lol.

Not drinking water may be why you've plateaued. Drink it up!

Not drinking is definitely why I'm up (typical for the 2 hr drive over/back and working at the office). It'll turn around tomorrowish.
