Wow, I really blew it this weekend. Started with a mexican buffett. :( Guess I'll dust myself off and pick up where I left off. :)

Perhaps you should set yourself one day a week where you weigh in and record the results on here. I do that on Wednesdays. That way I can tell if I have a trend happening... and it holds me accountable because I know I have to record, even if it's gone up. I find that having set routines is useful for me, although I know other people might not like that.

I try to but I'm so out of it in the morning I don't think about it til after coffee and stuff. lol. Did it today, but was after 2 cups of coffee and a bowl of cereal too.lol
