Feeling better and stronger already. Hope to see lbs shedding soon and pants getting baggier. :)
183.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

lbs will melt away as you keep recording waht you eat and keep up the excersise. I have had very much success in counting calories and moving more. Have seen inches melt of faster than lbs and therefore I would really recomend that you take your measurements now so you have them later to compare to!
