Med 1:10 pm. Today is going well. Noticed that SmartOnes Fiesta Quesadilla has two servings. Breakfast was oatmeal w/ .25 cup of All bran cereal, cup of tea. I'm having one serving of vegetables before each meal. I find babby carrots the easiest to keep up with it.
