I'm starting fresh as of yesterday. 12/4/09 went better and I recorded all of my food. I'm making baby steps.

My current goal is to enter the food before I eat it. Since I get fatsecret on my phone as well as my PC, there really isn't an excuse to not keep up. I'm also trying to track my fiber and drink plenty of water.

My eating was a lot better yesterday than it has been in a long time. I've joined challenges and this time I'll be tracking mini goals and all.

Diet Calendar Entries for 05 December 2009:
1367 kcal Fat: 40.40g | Prot: 70.02g | Carb: 207.25g.   Breakfast: cheerios, soy milk, sugar, fiber one honey clustrs. Lunch: Kentucky fried chicken sweet corn, Kentucky fried chicken mashed potatoes and gravy, Kentucky fried chicken green beans, Kentucky fried chicken roasted drumstick. Dinner: green beans, round steak. Snacks/Other: Oranges, apple. more...

I blew my entire day of good eating on one meal on the way home without knowing it! From now on, if I don't know the calories, I won't order it. With my smart phone, I have absolutely no excuse and I'll look up the calories first. The meal I ate wasn't in fat secret, but Jack-in-the-box's nutrition information is on the web. Regardless of how healthy it sounds, the only healthy thing to eat at Jacks is their Chicken Fajita Pita. Stay away from anything else unless your willing to eat your full days worth of calories in one meal. The only thing that saved me is that I worked out today. BTW, I've added the information to fat secrets nutrition base.
