So I've return to Fatsecret re-energized. Last summer I've stopped working out and eating right at August 2015. At the end of February 2016 I went through a tough breakup. And that's when I made cold turkey conscious decision to get back on the horse that following monday. I even got sick that next week but pushed on. I decided that I would do only weights and said screw cardio.

Well, I got great results I started leaning out like crazy and not only maintaining but gaining more muscle mass. My eating nutrition was good. So I went to my first physical of the year on June 10th. To my not so surprise I weighed in at 291lbs. I wasn't surprised but a bit down because I was definitely getting lean. But I know exactly what happened.

So now knowing what needs to be done. I've scaled back on my weight training to three days a week (mon,wed,fri) and I do cardio six days a week, twice on tuesday, thursday and Saturday (on an incline at 3.5 and pace 3.5). I'm already seeing results. I'm going to weigh myself this monday coming up on the 27th....I'm confident that I will see the result I'm looking for. I will post my progess on here and stay active with Fatsecret and share my journey.
291.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck. I encourage you to record everything you eat or drink. In my opinion, it's the most useful part of the whole FS experience. The phone app is great.
