I know it is odd, but I wish that sex was an exercise that yolu can add in the activities. If your doing it right then it is getting your body moving, heart pumping, and over all body rocking workout. Not to mention the flexability from sex. I have found that I am having to look a lot of things up on google and making them work for the burn and durration that I am doing them. Since sex and most of the P90X workout items are not in the data base I am having to improvise. This gives me an inaccurate count of burn. Well I am going to shower and get my shoveling on. TTYL!
