So, yesterday I put on a pair of jeans thinking they were my 16's and they weren't as loose as they had been which puzzled me so I took them off and realized that they were my 14's!!!! Zipped up no problem, and I could totally breathe lol!! So progress!! We also had to put in a new goal for this week and since I only did 2 pounds last week when my goal was 4.1, I decided to put 3 because there is no reason I can't do that. Going to try to train a bit for the 5k this weekend today, really going to try my hardest to jog as much as possible, I know that I should be able to do at least half although it may be split a bit jogging then walking then jogging, but my goal is at least 75% jogging. :)
