Well, had my weigh in on Saturday, lost 2 pounds, not the 4.1 pounds I was hoping for, but still a loss :). The Red team won the weigh in again, which is now 5 weeks straight!! :) This weekend was good, got some new running shoes so hopefully they will help with my shin splints issue :( I spent a lot of time walking yesterday with my mom and kids, ate ok, still low on calories, but I will try to work on that this week. I did treat myself to a mini golden spoon yogurt (they have pumpkin pie now yummy!!) which felt good, because I know that I am still in control :) Well off to work I go!! Going to really try to bump up the workout this week as we are going to try to keep the same goals as last week and darn I will make it!!
