Today I want to start detoxing and avoid carbohydrates as much as I can. It's so hard sometimes staying motivated, for me that I'm single and with my family in another country, food often becomes the only good thing of my day...
142.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week

pizza..i would try changing your eating plan..maybe try lchf and fasting if thats possible..
