DAMN! There is no way I could handle running for 45 minutes. You just keep impressing me. :)
Oh, and I signed up for your challenge. Then after I realize that it's asking for 90 mins of exercise daily. Right. Like I will ever accomplish that. LOL. Sorry to say, but I might reach the weight goal on time to accomplish the challenge, but there's no chance I'll be doing that much exercise. Especially not since I have to watch muscle building right now (and how I HATE that it's so...)

90 mins can be, walking up the stairs, going for a 20 min walk between clients or what ever, running up the stairs at home for 10 mins... if you add it up, you can do it!
I never thought i'd be a runner, SERIOUSLY even if there was a fire, I think I would have thought long and hard before i would have ran...lol But if you decide to do something and thats what it takes to get to your goal, its amazing what you are willing to do!
