So.... I am slowly loosing the weight but my head and heart is in the right place when I eat something I shouldn't i just go right back ti t diet which is awesome.... I just want to be more firm on my diet so that I can loose more weight. I would like to weigh in my 70 by December... then i would feel very proud of my self :)
220.5 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 66.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
