Fell down hard yesterday at Winco. Wasn't watching where I was going. A little sore today. I fell over one of the parking space bumpers and ended up trying to catch myself for like 5 steps before I fell on my side. One of the shopping bags ended up skidding an extra 5 feet. Geez louise. I got back to my car with scraped knee, elbow, and covered in thick dust. Plus now I have bruises all over. Great way to start my week. :-(
In other news, am pleased with my weight loss so far. Not as good as I thought I would do, but it's atleast showing. The person staying with my mom and I made a really healthy and good dinner for us last night. She made sure there were a lot of fresh veggies since she wanted to make sure it was something I could eat. It was great.
