See now I am back home and my enemy was there waiting. Myself. I was suppose to start working out and the past two days I don't want to do "crap!"I know I am on the last days of vacation but I wanted to get my butt in gear and do what I have to do. I gained 10 pds and can't seem to get rid of it. How did I get there and why can't I just restart and focus on what I need to do. Depression mode again, where is the switch.
