I have been weighing myself everyday to see where am I going wrong. Thur 213 lbs, Fri 211 lbs, Sat 209 lbs and today 207 lbs. Now is it a fluke or is it correct. I have been trying to stay within the 1500 calories so maybe that is what it is. I have not exercised but that will begin on Monday for sure. My husband said he will start going walking with me twice a week which I am looking forward to him finally joining in. I can't eat like him which entails four italian sausages, four whole eggs for breakfast alone. I would get real huge if I eat his portions and he is a big guy, he did lose ten pounds eating this way. Does not work for me. All our meals are separate. Yesterday I had just eaten my dinner and he bought me a double bacon cheeseburger. If I ate that I would of jumped over my calories, I wanted to even though I was not hungry, but I did not eat it last night.
