did my 3 hour workout again today. burn almost 1,000 calories. did my 30 minute jog plus 2 ten minute jogs. I probably won't be able to workout tomorrow so that's gonna mess me up. I might get a little bit of a workout in tonight to add to tomorrow but I don't know yet I have an early day tomorrow and its already 1 so there's no staying up too late. goodnight everyone. I wish luck for everyone's fresh start tomorrow (:
