Tomorrow is weigh in. I did lots of exercise today. Pilates in the morning and then I used my kids dance pad in the evening. I actually enjoy it and have done it before, and am picking it up again. For those of you who might be familiar with it, we have DDRMax. It's a great workout and essentially I'm doing the equivalent of running 2 miles with the workout.
Anyway, I stayed pretty true to the diet. I cut out a couple of the snacks today because I had a corn muffin that is left over from the party over the weekend. I made too many so there are lots left. I figure it's better than a piece of all the cake and such that's left. I had used a recipe with very little added sugar, but they're pretty good anyway.
My issue with most programs is that I tend to stop following them so religiously because I learn what foods are allowed and then devise my own meal plan for the day based upon what I have in the house. I'm still eating only the allowed foods, but I think I may have changed the lunch a bit because I didn't have what was called for. No biggie. It's a lifestyle change and it'll happen eventually anyway.
