Made it through the two-year-old's birthday party Friday, and dinner out at the chinese buffet Saturday, and still managed a small loss! Just have to get through holiday cookout tomorrow, but that shouldn't be too difficult since the friends who are having it are also watching their weight. And because she doesn't want to take the time to learn herself (and they both have more serious medical problems than I do!!), she relies on me to tell her how to eat! So it's my way!! (lol)
152.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, Smarty, I knew what I wanted to have (frog legs were a must, can't get them anyplace else in the area) so I pre-planned what I was going to have, and even allowed myself a yeast donut! Then I stuck to what I had planned as much as possible and pretty well stayed within my limits for the day. I didn't eat as much as I have in the past when we have gone there, but was "pleasantly full," and I know I have go back and have some of the things I didn't have this time!!

Congratulations Panda, on your loss after the 2 year old's Birthday Party & Asian Buffet. Just went to Asian Buffet on Friday, but haven't weighed myself. I think my total calories for that day tell the story. Now have some everyday meals this week and that scale #s will really move downward. Wish this sight had a THUMBS UP symbol, because you deserve one. :)
