Monday morning OH the joy of it all!
Okay... I need to be brutally honest with myself, and ask will I want to stop @ 125 or do I want to go lower? The truthful answer is lower! But I know I would only look sick. Speaking of sick, I have developed a bit of a problem... everytime I eat I feel like throwing up after, although I don't. My lovely boyfriend is convinced that I am developing an eating disorder, and has expressed that he is worried about me. I am by no means starving myself and I still have the meat on my bones to prove it. Although I do find myself fixated on how much I can eat that does not send my calorie count through the roof.
For the first time I am taking this seriously and not using diet pills, or any other form of "quick loss" solutions. They are a waste of money and I only put the weight right back on twice as fast.
Guess this is something that I myself will have to work on and actually analyse... Poor, poor me!!! lol not really :)
