Happy Thursday FS!
My vacation is flying and back to work on Monday. Still focused, exercising and keeping busy. My days will change when I go back to work to sit at my desk. That's when I will have trouble working in my exercise. But, won't think about that today.
Still stretching, exercising, drinking my water and no alcohol ... plus writing on my journal and focused. I feel that I am more focused than last time. I know I need to get this weight off ... Even more than my stated goal ... Thinking about lowering that.
Off to do my water exercise!
