Happy Thursday FS!

My vacation is flying and back to work on Monday. Still focused, exercising and keeping busy. My days will change when I go back to work to sit at my desk. That's when I will have trouble working in my exercise. But, won't think about that today.

Still stretching, exercising, drinking my water and no alcohol ... plus writing on my journal and focused. I feel that I am more focused than last time. I know I need to get this weight off ... Even more than my stated goal ... Thinking about lowering that.

Off to do my water exercise!

Happy Thursday Javadali! No need to think about Monday yet. You still have the rest of the week and the weekend to enjoy your vacation. Have fun for us too. Also, continue with the motivation and focus throughout the rest of your vacation. You have been doing great. I'm sure it will seem more like a habit come Monday. That will make the transition back to work easier. We know you can do it. Let us know if you need motivation. We want to see you succeed.

I know just how you feel, I always seem to be far more active when away from work (and sooo relaxed) Monday is a long way off enjoy the moments you have left. 10lbs off in a month!!! you are doing so well and will amke it all the way this time...WE BOTH WILL!!! xx
