Take 3 on diet attempts on here. I'm back to where I started because I stopped watching what I eat. My clothes aren't fitting well. This time I'm not depriving myself of carbs completely. I'm eating more vegetables and fruits, and excercising. I'm not going to focus so much on the Atkins diet because it makes me think I can have an endless supply of bacon and no carbs. And Atkins does give much room for fruit, which I love! Let's see how it goes.
