Well, I weighed in today and I didn't gain but I was disappointed. I either lost .4 or .6 not really sure, I was very frustrated at the time and didn't want to think about it. We had a good challenge, I pushed through and the red team won!! We also won the weigh-in even though I really didn't help. Go Red team!! I am going to try to change my diet a bit, I got a book from one of the trainers to read and help me in the gym and maybe help on my diet since I can't "plug-in" like they would want to. I am going to push through and will have a big week at the next weigh-in.
