Rebounds are getting lower. Ate for refeed and then realized I'd 'forgotten' the cheezies. ROFL. Close to 3500 calories. That's 600 calories over maintenance for me. It was a fun day. Back at it today. Oh, I've lost 1.5 inches around the waist in the last 3 weeks or so.
188.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hahaha, I hear you NM....Oops, ya I've done that...looked at my log at the end of the day, "wow, not bad" then realized I'd completely (conveniently perhaps) forgotten a meal or a huge snack. Inches lost are golden, how's the muscles hanging in there?
