Who knew that changing one's eating style would be so very difficult. I guess it is time to start experimenting with new foods, which should be a challenge as I do not find enjoyment in cooking at all. I love my fruit, veggies are okay but once again most need some type of cooking :( , fish is definately out I can not stand the stuff "ewwhh" is all I have to say about that one, milk not so fond of, and my buddy bread is another personal favourite... and my biggest indulgence is JUNK FOOD... I could so live off plain nacho chips and salsa... However with every passing week I find new ways to "tweek" my eating plan... besides loosing weight which of course is the big one :) I am also going to try and make these changes permanent. Maybe one day it will all just be habit to eat the recommended food servings. Here's to healthy eating and exercise! OH yeah to any Canadians who happen to read this... HAPPY THANKSGIVING
