Workouts do impact our mood. I feel it when ever I go (which is nowhere as often as I should). Maybe I should simply go not only to be more fit, but also to be more happy? :)

If I skip more than a day of working out my husband notices just because of my crabby attitude. I'm pretty sure my kids appreciate it also when I stay on track. It is amazing what even a short work out can do.
