hm...so I gained 2 lbs in a week...how did this happen? I went to the gym last week 4 TIMES! ?? could it be muscle? lol I'll just tell myself that and keep going....hahaha My friend also gained 2 lbs so maybe its muscle...because we did the same things, and haven't eaten really poorly...i don't know..

so! onward with this week!
231.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When you increase or change your exercise, you may get sore muscles that retain water to help them heal. I can go for a hard bike ride and be up 3 pounds the next day. Muscle takes months of hard work to build (unless your a man). it is temporary. Drink some water. You may also have had too much sodium yesterday. Again, water will help alleviate the problem. interesting....I feel pretty good in general. I was sore after my last workout yesterday, and really tired, but I don't feel too bad. I will drink more water, I don't drink enough. lol
