Stalls belong in bathrooms and stables...not in my weight loss plan. I just pushed myself further in hopes to break out of mine by adding the mini block onto my 3 laps. If for some evil reason it doesn't force movement on the scale in the morning, at least I'm getting that much closer to hitting 2 miles.

Thanks. I already added more distance tonight to try and make the scale move. Either way it's conditioning me to be able to go to 4 full laps.

Hey Christine...keep track of your measurements too, clothes fit, belt size, etc...you will find that there will be a few time when the scale doesn't move for a while but inches melt off...always nice to see both the scale weight and body size go down together, but not always the case as we progress.

I read recently that exercise doesn't help with weight loss. It has many benefits, a loss on the scale might not be one of them. Keep in mind there are internal changes that happen before it's reflected on the scale. Keep it up, and you will thank yourself in 3 months.

That's funny because my weight loss has sped up since I got off my butt and started moving. My diet hasn't changed. Nobody is gonna convince me that burning more calories than I consume has no effect on what happens with my body, especially since I've seen the how the opposite caused me to get fat as hell.
