Things are going smoothly so far. I am having trouble eating enough calories to achieve my RDI goal. However, the transformation eating is not as bad I thought it would be. There are lots of foods I can't eat, like salads, yogurts and things like that. My goal is to find foods with more calories that are healthy to achieve this RDI goal. For now it is fish, shrimp,tuna, and my limited veggies.
