I cant believe tomorrow is weigh day, as it has been a rollercoaster week. Mom was admitted back in the hospital on Monday, so this week has not been as productive as I would like, since I am her only caregiver. However, I am proud that I coped with the stress and have not wandered off plan too terrible... I am still hoping to log a small loss tomorrow, but it is what it is...I know stress plays a major role with weight loss and this could be a temporary issue but I have faith that I will overcome it... I actually went to the track on Saturday and Sunday and walked over 2 miles each time, and it felt great...maybe this weekend I will be able to score some more alone time, but I will have the grandkids...maybe bike riding instead!!

At the end of the day we all have things we need to do and our priorities and from here I think dealing with your mom's situation is certainly a priority you'll still lose the weight don't beat yourself up for doing what you need to do
