As of this morning I have 19 days left to meet my goal. So needless to say it is crunch time. I figured out over the weekend that if I stick mainly to fruits and veggie with a little protein thrown in and lots of fluids I should be able to meet this deadline.
In all honesty over the weekend I did not eat the best, and once again it left me feeling like crap :( however one of these days I will learn.
I also have decided that when my goal is reached I am going to buy myself a new outfit that will show off my body. That in itself should be motivation.
