I ate dinner before 7pm and didn't go to bed until 11. Challenge met so far but it's only day 1. I did have a craving for something crunchy after 8, but distracted myself with a conversation with my son about a TV program. In a few minutes the craving had passed.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
