Configuré un déficit calórico de 2000, sin embargo hoy consumí 2341, creo que la cantidad de ejercicio es apropiada como para haberme dado ese lujo, pero voy a esforzarme más estos días que siguen para seguir el régimen con exactitud. Me estoy sintiendo bien, hice una rutina de levantamiento de peso bastante buena de piernas-abdominales y aun así en la noche caminé 3km desde clases a casa. Sólo necesito mejorar con la cantidad de kcal.

I feel good, I made a weight-lifting routine of legs-abds and I walked 3km from classes to home.
I just need to do it better with the amount of kcal.
