I decided to change my goal weight to 155. Originally my goal was 160. Then I decided to try for 150. I hit that goal almost 1 year ago. Now I would just like to weigh between 150 and 160. So I settled on 155. I really wish fatsecret would let us have a target range instead of a single weight number.

That sounds perfect especially since you have probably increased your lean body mass - muscles!

I did go up to the 10 pound dumbbells, and with the added Zumba that does a lot for lower body.

I have been hitting the weights in the last few months. I use dumbbells ranging from 20lb up to 40lb now depending upon the move...it is a blast!

Your weight goals sound great!! Years ago when I belong to weight watchers thats what they used to do, is have weight goal range... You look super.. My coworker saw you before and after and was amazed. Have a super week :)
