I found out last night at nutrition class that if I'm feeling tired I either ate too many calories or not enough. I'm tired today, but I'm sure it's the "not enough" scenario. Drinking a little green tea for energy. Found lately that if I drink too much caffeine I get a headache. I have my team workout tonight and I think I may actually be looking forward to it.
