So sore. I wish I could ice my entire body right now at work. Ibruprofen is my friend.

It's 11 am and I have an upset stomach. Been getting them lately. Wonder if it's b/c I'm not eating enough, but it definitely doesn't make me want to eat anything else right now!

Naw, I think for now I'll keep my rest day on Sunday. I'll do some exercise tonight at home to keep up the burn. I'll stretch out today more. You're lucky that you aren't feeling that much pain. If you almost puked last night it sounds like you definitely gave it your all.

Well I am feeling the pain today after working out yesterday too, my inner thighs are killing me, it's feels like I rode a horse for a couple of days lol. I have an ice pack in between my legs as I type this out :)
