Mar. 25 - the meal plan has been going well. I do find that I've had cravings for Anything after say 7pm but I made myself mentally dismiss them. And tried too counteract the craving by doing something - tidy up , or, a facial , or change my nail polis - change my mental focus seems to work. Hope for good results next week weather is changing - get up and walk I hope!
