Mar. 25 - the meal plan has been going well. I do find that I've had cravings for Anything after say 7pm but I made myself mentally dismiss them. And tried too counteract the craving by doing something - tidy up , or, a facial , or change my nail polis - change my mental focus seems to work. Hope for good results next week weather is changing - get up and walk I hope!

What is it with that 7pm timeframe? I too have the urge to eat just about anything that I can get a hold of around that time nightly. I have been trying.. very hard.. to ignore it and like you.. find something to do. Good luck on your week!
