Day 1 - trying to be a better lighter me. getting back on here to get in shape lose the weight and get up and move!

Still using the lean shake meal replacement , take b complex and started new vitamin , along with healthy snack. And dinner. I treated my self to ice cream and chocolate syrup one night and had several beers over the past weekend so I'm still doing ok. Until next time keep it up folks!

I didn't suspect any change, Easter dinner and a retirement luncheon and no exercise - that's not going to make for any weight loss but that's okay - I stayed the same - no increase, so I'm happy. On to next week. I hope to mix it up and get a move on!~! so happy spring is here!!

Mar. 25 - the meal plan has been going well. I do find that I've had cravings for Anything after say 7pm but I made myself mentally dismiss them. And tried too counteract the craving by doing something - tidy up , or, a facial , or change my nail polis - change my mental focus seems to work. Hope for good results next week weather is changing - get up and walk I hope!
